breakfast - the same as yesterday - oat meal with banana and sunflower seeds
lunch - lentil soup
snack - white joghurt with one coffee spoon of honey and one apple
dinner - whole grain bun (houska? :) ) with butter spread and three slices of cheese
my weight? today morning it was 66!
